- broccoli: 2 cups (chopped)
- ounces mushrooms: 8 piece (sliced)
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- nonfat dry milk powder: 1 cup
- condensed Cheddar cheese soup: 1 can (10.75 ounce can)
- dashes hot sauce: 2 piece
- ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
- dash garlic powder: 1 piece
