This cucumber sauce is easy to make and full of fresh flavor. You don't need any fancy ingredients to make it, just sour cream, garlic, mustard, and some fresh dill. You can serve it after just one hour in the refrigerator, but overnight is recommended.

  • cucumber: 0.66667 cup (peeled and grated)
  • garlic: 0.5 tsp (minced)
  • fresh dill: 0.5 tsp (chopped)
  • prepared mustard: 0.25 tsp
  • garlic powder: 0.25 tsp
