These refreshing cucumber sandwiches are filled with a savory cream cheese spread. Depending on the way you cut the bread, these can be served as a party appetizer, afternoon tea, or a simple lunchtime sandwich.

Ingredients

  • cucumber, peeled and: 1 piece (sliced)
  • cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
  • mayonnaise: 0.25 cup
  • garlic powder: 0.25 tsp
  • onion salt: 0.25 tsp
  • dash Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece
  • loaf sliced bread, crusts removed: 1 piece (1 pound)
  • pinch lemon pepper: 1 piece (optional)

  1. Place cucumber slices between 2 paper towels set in a colander. Allow liquid to drain, about 10 minutes.
