This carrot cucumber slaw is easy and fast to make. A new twist that is healthier than a basic slaw.

Ingredients

  • cucumbers - quartered, seeded, and: 2 piece (sliced)
  • carrots: 2 piece (shredded)
  • onion: 0.25 piece (grated)
  • white sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • ½ teaspoons ground coriander: 1 piece
  • kosher salt: 1 tsp
  • coarse ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • apple cider vinegar: 0.25 cup
