  • cucumber : 3 cup (cubed)
  • Jalapeno : 1 piece
  • sugar : 0.75 cup
  • lemon juice : 2 Tbsp

  1. To start with, prepare the ingredients first. These include: 3 cups of cubed cucumber, 1 jalapeno (don’t forget to remove the hot stuff first), 2/3 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup lemon juice.

  3. Blend the puree through a strainer or two. This depends on how much effort you want to put it. You can strain once to get great popsicles. They will be sweet, but with a noticeable hot tang from the peppers.

  4. If you don’t manage to find real popsicle molds, you can use double shot glasses and chopsticks.

  5. Chill the drink in a freezer for about 3 hours. Make sure to leave about one inch for further expansion.
