Come on everyone who likes vegan and weight loss recipes, this delicious cookies for you. For this recipe you shouldn\'t use flour at all, it is replaced by oatmeal flakes, thus it is a healthy curd cookies recipe.
Proccess oatmeal flakes into a blender jar.
Add banana and curd and proccess again.
Mix two mixtures properly and place into fridge for one hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 200C (390F) degrees, make balls out of cold dough and dip each into shredded coconut. Spread the parchment on the baking tray and butter all over it. Place dough balls all over it.
Bake in the oven during 20 minutes, then take out and serve with tea!
