This ham and potato soup recipe was given to me by a friend. It's delicious and easy to make. The best part? You can add additional ingredients like carrots and extra ham, and it still turns out great.
Ingredients
- ½ cups peeled and diced potatoes: 3 piece
- ¼ cups water: 3 piece
- cooked ham: 0.75 cup (diced)
- celery: 0.33333 cup (diced)
- onion: 0.33333 cup (finely chopped)
- chicken bouillon granules: 2 Tbsp
- ground white or black pepper: 1 tsp (to taste)
- salt: 0.5 tsp (to taste)
- butter: 5 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour: 5 Tbsp
- milk: 2 cups
