  • peas : 1 cup
  • onion : 2 piece
  • carrots : 2 piece
  • oil : 50 ml
  • spices : 2 Tbsp (black pepper, coriander, salt)
  • pistachios : 20 g
  • fennel : 1 bunch
  • garlic : 2 clove

  1. Take 1 cup of peas, wash the product and soak in cool water for the night.

  2. Wash the peas in the morning again and pour with 2 cups of water. Boil, remove the foam, add 1 peeled and chopped onion and 1 carrot cut into large pieces. Boil until the vegetables and the peas are ready. Add salt.

  3. Peel and grate the second carrot. Cut the onion into cubes and slice the garlic. Fry on oil, adding the spices.
