This is a family recipe that lives up to its name. I love these Joes and haven't found any that taste the same.
Ingredients
- ground beef: 2 pound
- condensed tomato soup (such as Campbell's®): 1 can (10.75 ounce can)
- brown sugar: 2 Tbsp (to taste)
- Worcestershire sauce: 0.25 tsp (to taste)
- distilled white vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- hamburger buns, split and: 8 piece (toasted)

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and stir in the ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.

Stir in the condensed tomato soup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Cook and stir until thick, about 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste, and serve on the toasted hamburger buns.
