This dried beef cheese ball recipe is a festive favorite in our house. Grandma usually doubles the recipe — otherwise, it won't last long! It can be rolled in ground nuts, bacon bits, or left plain.

- ounces dried beef: 3 piece
- green onions: 2 piece (chopped)
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 Tbsp
- ¼ teaspoons monosodium glutamate (MSG): 1 piece
- onion salt: 0.25 tsp
