  • uncooked regular long-grain white rice: 1 cup
  • water: 2 cups
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
  • frozen peas: 1 cup
