This simple recipe for rice pilaf is a perfect side dish for chicken, fish, or beef. The combination of fragrant herbs and spices with fluffy, tender rice is a match made in heaven.

  • chicken or vegetable broth: 2 cups
  • butter: 2 Tbsp
  • thyme: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • oregano: 0.5 tsp (dried)
