This apple slaw is one of our favorite summer recipes. It's a yummy combo of fruit and veggies in a sweet dressing — a must at every barbecue or potluck!

Ingredients

  • cabbage: 3 cups (chopped)
  • unpeeled red apple: 1 piece (chopped)
  • unpeeled Granny Smith apple: 1 piece (chopped)
  • carrot: 1 piece (grated)
  • red bell pepper: 0.5 cup (finely chopped)
  • green onions: 2 piece (chopped)
  • mayonnaise: 0.33333 cup
  • brown sugar: 0.33333 cup
  • lemon juice: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
