This broccoli quiche is vegetarian and a snap to make with your favorite crust. It looks great on any buffet table.
Ingredients
- butter: 3 Tbsp (divided)
- fresh broccoli: 2 cups (chopped)
- onion: 1 piece (minced)
- garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
- unbaked pie crust: 1 piece (9 inch)
- ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 piece
- eggs, well: 4 piece (beaten)
- ½ cups milk: 1 piece
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- butter: 1 Tbsp (melted)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add broccoli, onion, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft. Spoon vegetables into pie crust and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; set quiche on a baking sheet.

Combine eggs and milk together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter; pour egg mixture over vegetables.
