This is an easy, delicious quiche that takes no time to prepare using a frozen deep-dish pie crust, bacon bits, cream, and two types of cheese. I have made this for numerous brunches and everyone raves about it!
Ingredients
- deep dish frozen pie crust: 1 piece (9 inch)
- bacon bits: 1 can (3 ounce can)
- onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- ounces shredded Swiss cheese: 5 piece
- ounces grated Parmesan cheese: 3 piece
- eggs, lightly: 4 piece (beaten)
- half-and-half cream: 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
