A delicious twist on Watergate salad.
Ingredients
- frozen whipped topping: 1 container (8 ounce container, thawed)
- pineapple: 1 can (8 ounce can, crushed)
- instant butterscotch pudding mix: 1 pack (3.4 ounce pack)
- apples: 2 cups (chopped)
- skinless peanuts: 1 cup

Stir whipped topping, pineapple, and butterscotch pudding mix together in a bowl until smooth. Fold apples and peanuts into pudding mixture until salad is well mixed.
