You'll love this easy chili with jalapeños if you like spicy and hot foods. It will make you say yum! Garnish with fresh cilantro if you like.

Ingredients

  • ground beef: 1 pound
  • onion: 1 cup (chopped)
  • green bell pepper: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • ½ tablespoons chili powder: 2 piece
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
  • ground cumin: 0.5 tsp
  • bay leaf: 1 piece
  • tomatoes: 1 can (29 ounce can, diced)
  • tomato sauce: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • jalapeno Chili peppers: 4 tsp (finely chopped)
  • chili beans, undrained: 1 can (16 ounce can)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)

  1. Combine ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  2. Season with chili powder, garlic, cumin, and bay leaf. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and jalapeños.
