This creamy keto Alfredo sauce is easy to make and a lovely treat for yourself and your guests! It pairs well with pasta or zoodles (spiralized zucchini). You can even add chicken or shrimp. Sauce will become very thick if stored in the refrigerator. Simply heat the sauce up for it to be pourable.
Ingredients
- unsalted butter: 0.5 cup
- garlic: 2 clove (crushed)
- heavy whipping cream: 2 cups
- cream cheese: 0.5 pack (4 ounce pack, softened)
- ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese: 1 piece
- pinch salt: 1 piece (to taste)
- pinch ground nutmeg: 1 piece (to taste)
- pinch ground white pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
