This Mexican casserole is easy to make and very tasty. I often substitute with ground turkey and low-fat dairy products, and it's still delicious! Serve this casserole with chips, salsa, and green salad.
Ingredients
- lean ground beef: 1 pound
- salsa: 2 cups
- chili beans: 1 can (16 ounce can, drained)
- Tortilla chips: 3 cups (crushed)
- sour cream: 2 cups
- black olives: 1 can (2 ounce can, drained, sliced)
- green onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- fresh tomato: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- cheddar cheese: 2 cups (shredded)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-baking dish with cooking spray.
