This Mexican casserole is easy to make and very tasty. I often substitute with ground turkey and low-fat dairy products, and it's still delicious! Serve this casserole with chips, salsa, and green salad.

Ingredients

  • lean ground beef: 1 pound
  • salsa: 2 cups
  • chili beans: 1 can (16 ounce can, drained)
  • Tortilla chips: 3 cups (crushed)
  • sour cream: 2 cups
  • black olives: 1 can (2 ounce can, drained, sliced)
  • green onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • fresh tomato: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • cheddar cheese: 2 cups (shredded)
