Cook zucchini in a frying pan with this easy recipe. Breaded and pan-fried zucchini is a quick side for meat. You can also serve it as a vegetarian main with other vegetables and a salad.
Ingredients
- zucchini: 1 piece (cut into 1/4 inch slices)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (peeled)
- egg: 1 piece (beaten)
- all-purpose flour: 2 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs: 2 Tbsp (or more if needed)
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp (or more if needed)

Place beaten egg, flour, and bread crumbs separately into 3 small bowls.
