This simple peach cobbler is so easy, even a child can make it! It's great right out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- white sugar: 1 cup
- butter, room temperature: 0.5 cup
- self-rising flour: 1 cup
- milk: 1 cup
- peaches, with juice: 1 can (15 ounce can, sliced)

Beat sugar and butter together in a 1-quart baking dish. Mix in flour and milk until smooth. Pour peaches and juice over top.
