Try this easy quiche recipe for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. Loaded with broccoli, ham, and Parmesan cheese, this quiche is totally crustless! A bit of baking mix in the batter firms up the egg mixture so it has no problems setting without a crust. Use other veggies or breakfast meats to make this your own.

  • milk: 2 cups
  • eggs: 4 piece
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (grated)
  • biscuit baking mix: 0.75 cup
  • butter: 0.25 cup (softened)
  • frozen broccoli: 1 pack (10 ounce pack, drained, chopped)
  • ounces shredded Cheddar cheese: 8 piece
  • cooked ham: 1 cup (cubed)
