This eggless French toast recipe tastes just like regular French toast but is made without eggs. My husband came up with the recipe for our son who is allergic to eggs and other foods. Serve with syrup and confectioners' sugar.

- ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- butter: 1 tsp (or as needed)
- slices white bread: 4 piece (divided)
