Very flavorful and spicy. You'll never know this fettuccine with red bell pepper sauce is a healthy dish. You can also add some cut-up grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- ounces dry fettuccine pasta: 12 piece
- red bell peppers: 2 piece (julienned)
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- cayenne pepper: 0.75 tsp
- reduced fat sour cream: 1 cup
- chicken broth: 0.75 cup
- Parmesan cheese: 0.75 cup (grated)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Meanwhile, spray cooking oil in a large skillet and sauté red bell peppers, garlic, and cayenne pepper over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
