Chop the figs well.
Put them into a medium pot, pour with water and boil. As soon as the figs start boiling, reduce the fire to the minimum and simmer the ingredient.
The figs should be cooked for about 1-2 hours on small fire. Do not forget to stir them from time to time. Add red wine, sugar and lemon juice squeezed out of 0.5 lemon. Keep cooking until the figs turn into a jam.
Serve the jam with bread and cheddar cheese. You can also serve it with ice cream. This will give the dessert unique taste and look! Enjoy!
