This Spanish rice and beans dish is very flavorful, quick, and simple.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups water: 2 piece
- uncooked white rice: 1 cup
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- sweet onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- sazon seasoning: 1 pack (1.41 ounce pack)
- ½ teaspoons adobo seasoning: 1 piece
- garlic: 0.5 tsp (minced)
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- red beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
- pitted green olives: 1 can (2.25 ounce can, optional)

Bring water, rice, and olive oil to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Mix in onion, Sazón seasoning, adobo seasoning, garlic, and black pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10 minutes.
