This is rather tasty, crispy and aromatic French bread. Making its dough will take some time but you\'ll cook it very quickly, like half an hour.
Ingredients
- water: 2 cup (warm)
- dry yeast: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- flour: 6 cup

In a bowl mix 1/2 cups water and 1/4 cups flour. Then add dry yeast and wait until the foam appear.

In another bowl mix the rest of flour and salt.

Now combine two mixtures carefully.

Pour the rest of water, stirring all the time.

Stir again, if the dough sticks to your hand, add more flour.

Knead the dough during 10-15 minutes.

Place the dough into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

Cover with a towel and place in some warm place for 2 hours. In two hours knead it again and leave for some time, like half an hour or more up to you.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll out each piece and then roll into bread.

Sprinkle flour over the baking tray and place the bread.

Cover with towel and leave for 45 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven and make cuts over the bread.

Place in a pre-heated to 230C (445F) degrees oven. Put also a cup with water to have enough moisture. Cook 10 minutes.

In 10 minutes take away the cup with water and cook 20 minutes. This is it!
