Vegans and vegetarians will certainly appreciate this recipe of the fried rice with vegetables. Rice dishes often taste and look the same, but this one is an exceptional variant. Look at the ingredients it involves and you will understand what I mean.
Ingredients
- rice: 1 cup
- bell pepper: 2 piece (it is better to take yellow, red or green pepper to make the dish brighter)
- zucchini: 0.5 piece
- carrots: 0.5 piece
- spinach: 1 bunch
- tomatoes: 4 piece
- celery stalk: 20 g
- oil: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- spices: 0.5 tsp (you can take any spices you like)
- water: 2 cup

These are the ingredients we will need to cook the dish. Wash the rice, pour it with water and boil until it is ready. Do not stir the rice, while it is boiling!

Make cross cuts on the tomatoes and pour them with hot water to peel them easier.

Chop the zucchini and fry on a dry frying pan, because it will give water in the process of cooking.

Grate the carrots, pour oil into the frying pan and fry for about 5 minutes with the zucchini.

Chop the bell pepper and add to the vegetables.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them well. Stew the tomatoes, add water, chopped spinach and grated celery stalk and stew for a few minutes. The aroma will be fantastic!

Add to the boiled rice. Then add salt, spices and pepper. Fry for several minutes until the dish is ready. Enjoy!
