This stir-fry with frozen vegetables makes a very quick and tasty vegetable side dish. Soy sauce and peanut butter add a nice Thai-style flavor.

  • brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • peanut butter: 2 tsp
  • garlic powder: 2 tsp
  • olive oil: 2 tsp
  • frozen mixed vegetables: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
