- 4 Salmon fillets:
- quinoa: 2 cups
- garlic cloves: (minced)
- honey: 0.25 cup
- soy sauce: 0.25 cup
- salt: (to taste)
- 1 lb Green Beans: (trimmed)
- olive oil:
- Lemon wedges: (for serving)

In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce and garlic. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.

While the salmon is marinating, cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the pack.

Heat your grill pan over medium heat. Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil and place it on the grill. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until done to your liking.

In a separate saute pan, heat some olive oil. Add the green beans and some salt. Saute them until they are crisp-tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Serve the glazed salmon with a side of quinoa and green beans. Add a squeeze of lemon over the salmon before serving.
