- ¾ cups rolled oats: 3 piece
- almonds: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- unsweetened coconut: 0.25 cup (dried)
- sesame seeds: 0.25 cup
- ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- egg whites: 3 piece
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp (optional)
