Ingredients

  • mixed salad greens such as leaf lettuce, endive, and radicchio: 4 cups
  • Granny Smith apple: 1 piece (cubed)
  • walnuts: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • crumbled feta cheese: 0.5 cup
  • cranberries: 0.5 cup (dried)
  • green onions: 2 Tbsp (finely chopped, optional)
  • vegetable oil: 0.25 cup
  • blueberries: 0.25 cup
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
