Ingredients
- garlic: 3 clove (peeled)
- Thai green Chilis: 3 piece
- green beans: 6 piece (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- unripe papaya, peeled and: 1 piece (cut into thin strips)
- tomato, halved and: 1 piece (seeded)
- fish sauce: 2 Tbsp
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp
- palm sugar: 1 tsp
- unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts: 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)

Combine garlic, chiles, and green beans in a mortar and pound roughly with the pestle. Add papaya and pound again to bruise the ingredients. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar, then pound again. Add tomato and pound to combine. Stir in chopped peanuts and serve.
