Ingredients

  • head cauliflower, cut into small chunks: 1 piece
  • hard-cooked eggs: 4 piece (to taste, chopped)
  • creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®): 1 cup
  • stalks celery: 2 piece (diced)
  • green onions: 4 piece (chopped)
  • sour cream: 0.25 cup
  • apple cider vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar: 1 tsp
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

  1. Place cauliflower into a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and cook in microwave oven until tender, about 7 minutes. Uncover and cool for 5 minutes.
