- pear: 3 piece
- coconut oil: 10 ml
- honey: 30 ml
- ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- almond: 20 g
- cashew nuts: 20 g

Clear pears from the core. Lightly grease them with coconut oil. Heat the grill pan, reduce the heat to medium. Put the pears cut down. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Open the lid. Finished pears should be soft; if not, leave the pears under the lid until ready.
