- coconut milk: 400 ml
- chickpea: 240 g (canned)
- lentil: 240 g (canned)
- spinach: 200 g
- lemon: 0.5 piece
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp

The dish is prepared very quickly, so it is better first to prepare all the ingredients: chop, grate, squeeze the juice, etc. Green onions, garlic, ginger, wash, dry. Chop green onions. Garlic peel, squeeze through the press. Ginger peel, grate on a fine grater.

Heat the saucepan over high heat. Add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger, stirring for 15-20 seconds.
