- tiger shrimps : 9 piece
- lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
- spices for fish : 0.6 tsp (0.3 tsp for the shrimps and 0.3 tsp for the sauce)
- blue cheese : 100 g
- cream : 10 ml
- lemon zest : 0.5 tsp
Stages of cooking
Defreeze the shrimps, peel them, leaving the tails only. Add spices and, if needed, add more salt.
Sprinkle the shrimps with lemon juice and leave for 1 hour in the marinade.
Soak bamboo sticks in water for about 30 minutes and impale marinated shrimps on them.
Mash blue cheese with a fork.
Keep mashing the cheese, adding spices for fish and lemon zest to the sauce. It is also possible to blend the sauce, but in this case, it will be a bit softer.
Grill the shrimps on both sides until they become light pink. It is enough to grill the shrimps around 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve the shrimps warm with white wine or champagne. Enjoy!
