  • tiger shrimps : 9 piece
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • spices for fish : 0.6 tsp (0.3 tsp for the shrimps and 0.3 tsp for the sauce)
  • blue cheese : 100 g
  • cream : 10 ml
  • lemon zest : 0.5 tsp

  1. Defreeze the shrimps, peel them, leaving the tails only. Add spices and, if needed, add more salt.

  2. Sprinkle the shrimps with lemon juice and leave for 1 hour in the marinade.

  3. Soak bamboo sticks in water for about 30 minutes and impale marinated shrimps on them.

  4.  Mash blue cheese with a fork.

  5. Keep mashing the cheese, adding spices for fish and lemon zest to the sauce. It is also possible to blend the sauce, but in this case, it will be a bit softer.
