  • cream: 10 ml
  • lemon zest: 0.5 tsp

Defreeze the shrimps, peel them, leaving the tails only. Add spices and, if needed, add more salt.

Sprinkle the shrimps with lemon juice and leave for 1 hour in the marinade.
