Ingredients
- ground turkey: 1 pound
- ricotta cheese: 0.5 cup
- Italian-seasoned bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
- fresh basil: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- egg, slightly: 1 piece (beaten)
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp (freshly ground)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix turkey, ricotta cheese, bread crumbs, basil, egg, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until just combined.
