This beef meatball recipe is a compilation of many, many meatball recipes to finally achieve what I was looking for... Meatball Nirvana! Cover with your favorite red sauce and serve with pasta or in crusty garlic bread rolls.
Ingredients
- extra lean ground beef: 1 pound
- onion: 1 piece (diced)
- seasoned bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
- skim milk: 0.33333 cup
- Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (grated)
- ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece
- ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning: 1 piece
- oregano: 0.75 tsp (dried)
- red pepper flakes: 0.75 tsp (crushed)
- sea salt: 0.5 tsp
- garlic salt: 0.5 tsp
- dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®): 1 piece (to taste)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
