Guacamole is a ketogenic diet staple. Eat it with some celery stalks, put it on top of your taco bowls, or spoon it right out of the bowl.

Ingredients

  • large avocados: 3 piece
  • medium lime: 1 piece (Juice from)
  • large Roma tomatoes: 2 piece (diced)
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • fresh cilantro: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • red onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp

  1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and scoop them out of the skin and into a medium bowl. Add lime juice. Use a fork to mash avocado and lime together, leaving some chunks intact.

  2. Add tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until combined.
