Ingredients
- avocados - peeled, pitted, and: 3 piece (mashed)
- lime: 1 piece (juiced)
- salt: (to taste)
- plum tomato: 1 piece (chopped)
- white onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- serrano Chili, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped)
- fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- whole kernel corn: 1 can (8.75 ounce can, drained and rinsed)

Mash avocados, lime juice, and salt together in a medium bowl. Mix in tomato, onion, serrano chile, and olive oil. Stir in corn kernels. Serve immediately.
