- ¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- white sugar: 0.5 Tbsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- baking soda: 0.25 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- egg yolk: 1 piece
- sour cream: 1 cup
- coconut milk: 0.25 cup
- fresh pineapple: 0.75 cup (chopped)
- unsalted butter: 5 Tbsp (melted)
- egg whites: 2 piece (beaten)

Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron.

In a medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a separate medium bowl, mix egg yolk, sour cream, coconut milk, pineapple and butter. Thoroughly mix in the flour mixture. Gently fold in egg whites.
