  • white sugar: 0.5 Tbsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 0.25 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • egg yolk: 1 piece
  • sour cream: 1 cup
  • coconut milk: 0.25 cup
  • fresh pineapple: 0.75 cup (chopped)
  • unsalted butter: 5 Tbsp (melted)
  • egg whites: 2 piece (beaten)

  1. Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron.
