- multigrain flour tortillas: 1 piece (10 inch)
- hummus: 1 Tbsp
- grilled chicken breast: 1 piece (4 ounce, sliced)
- medium roasted red peppers: 2 piece (drained)
- crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese: 2 Tbsp
- baby spinach leaves: 1 cup (to taste)

Heat a panini maker.

Lay tortilla on a work surface and spread with hummus. Top with sliced chicken, red peppers, feta cheese, and then spinach. Fold tortilla in half and spray with cooking spray.
