Stages of cooking
-
First you need to prepare the dough. Mix flour + 1 tbsp. of water, as well as salt, ghee (oil) and spices in the same container.
-
Mix all the ingredients with a fork: add water or add flour, the main thing is to get the desired consistency.
-
The dough will be elastic, soft, not sticky.
-
The dough is ready, set it aside. Meanwhile, we are preparing stuffing of mushrooms, garlic and onions. Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion and carrot into large cubes, a little smaller - garlic (half of the head).
-
Fry at 4-5 Tbsp. of ghee garlic (until it turns golden).
-
Add onion.
-
Add carrot.
-
3-5 minutes more, onions and carrots are slightly browned and full of aroma. You can add mushrooms, cut into 4-5 pieces. Stirring, fry the vegetables with mushrooms until they are fully cooked. A couple of minutes before turning off the stove, carefully salt and pepper the filling.
-
While the filling cools, roll the dough.
-
In the center lay out the mushroom stuffing.
-
Connect the edges, cut off the excess.
-
Spread the future pies on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven to bake. Temperature - 200-220C, time - 15-25 minutes.
-
The Samosa is ready!
