Vegetarian healthy rice recipe with roasted carrots and celery stalks. Tender chicken fillet goes well with rice and vegetables.
Ingredients
- rice: 150 g
- carrots: 150 g
- celery: 150 g
- tomato paste: 1 Tbsp
- hot pepper: 0.3 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- oil: 1 Tbsp

Prepare ingredients.

Peel carrots, cut into small pieces.

Celery stalks cut into small pieces.

In a pan with a thick bottom, pour vegetable oil.
Put the carrots, fry for 3 minutes. -
Add celery, mix, fry for 5-10 minutes.

Add tomato paste, red hot pepper.
Salt, pepper, add rice, mix. -
Pour in 3 glasses of water (three times more rice), bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until all the liquid boils out.
