Love rolls, but want it's easier version? Then try cooking cucumber rolls. You can experiment with the filling, we suggest a classic and very tasty combination of cottage cheese and salted salmon.

Ingredients

  • cucumber : 300 g
  • cottage cheese : 75 g
  • salmon : 150 g (salted)
  • soy sauce : 40 ml

  1. Wash and dry two large cucumbers and cut into thin slices.

  2. Cut lightly salted salmon into small pieces.

  3. Put a little curd cheese and a piece of salmon on the edge of a strip of cucumber. Wrap the cucumber in a roll. If the cucumber doesn't hold well, you can fix the roll with a toothpick.
