- almond butter: 0.33333 cup
- quinoa: 0.25 cup
- chia seeds: 0.125 cup
- flax seeds: 0.125 cup
- scoops vanilla protein powder: 2 piece
- cocoa nibs: 4 Tbsp
- honey: 3 Tbsp
