- grapefruit : 1 piece
- lemon : 0.5 piece
- stevia powder : 0.5 tsp (or 2 tablespoons of sugar)

Squeeze the juice out of one grapefruit and one half of a lemon. Help yourself with a fork. Just use it as shown on the photo and move it while you squeeze the grapefruit or lemon. That’s very simple, indeed!
