Nothing tastes better on a hot day than a refreshing and healthy glass of grapefruit lemonade. For those, who don’t like sugar at all, stevia is the best way to sweeten up this drink! So, let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • grapefruit : 1 piece
  • lemon : 0.5 piece
  • stevia powder : 0.5 tsp (or 2 tablespoons of sugar)

  1. Squeeze the juice out of one grapefruit and one half of a lemon. Help yourself with a fork. Just use it as shown on the photo and move it while you squeeze the grapefruit or lemon. That’s very simple, indeed!

  2. Add 0.5 teaspoon of stevia powder. If you don’t have it at hand, add 2 tablespoons of sugar. However, it is recommended to use stevia, because this is a healthy alternative to sugar.
