- sage: 2 tsp (dried)
- salt: 2 tsp
- ground black pepper: 1 tsp
- marjoram: 0.25 tsp (dried)
- red pepper flakes: 0.125 tsp (crushed)
- ground cloves: 1 pinch
- ground pork: 2 pound

Place pork in a large bowl. Add spice mixture and mix with your hands until well combined. Form mixture into 6 patties.
