Ingredients

  • fresh parsley leaves: 1 cup (loosely packed, about 1 bunch)
  • fresh cilantro leaves: 1 cup (loosely packed, about 1 bunch)
  • garlic: 4 clove (minced)
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 0.5 cup
  • red wine vinegar: 0.25 cup
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • freshly ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • red pepper flakes: 0.25 tsp

  1. In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, and garlic, and pulse once or twice.
